Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At FabFit Active, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make our return and exchange process hassle-free. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Return/Exchange Period:
•      Products must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

Eligibility:
•      Only size exchanges are permitted.
•      Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging 

        intact.
•      For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs

        of wear, washing, or soiling.

Charges:
•      Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable for returns.

How to Return/Exchange
•    To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Support at

      info@fabfitactive.in.
•    Include your order number, contact information, and email address.
•    For damaged or torn goods, attach images along with the above details.

Size Exchange:
•    Size exchanges are subject to availability. The preferred size must be in stock.

​

Exchange/Replacement Options:
•     For an exchange, place a new order for your preferred product online.
•     Upon placing the new order, we will ship the product. You will receive a   

       refund for the original order within 7 days once it reaches us. The refund will 

       be processed in the same account from which the payment was received.
•      Provide courier details, including name, tracking number, order number, and              return RA number, to info@fabfitactive.in.

Self-Shipped Returns:
•    Use a reliable courier service for self-shipped returns.
•    FabFit Active is not liable for items damaged in transit if self-shipped.

Packaging Guidelines:
•    Pack items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit, including all       

      original packaging and tags.
•    Include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
•    Clearly mention our return address, order number, and return order RA number 

      on the parcel.
